Wine-making
In red, delestage and frequent pumpovers with controlled temperatures, max 25°c, for at least 10 days.
Aging
12 months in oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Organoleptic properties
Rubin red color tending to garnet with ageing. It is fruity on the nose, in evolution, notes of dried fruit, plum and spirit-marinated cherries. Structured with good flavor persistence.
