Our tastings are guided by expert sommeliers who will take you through this sensory and informative journey. They will tell you about the decision to recover ancient native grape varieties with unique characteristics, such as Albana and Sangiovese Romagna, and will present the excellence of international varietals that find optimal conditions in this terroir to offer excellent quality levels. The tastings will be accompanied by detailed descriptions of the organoleptic characteristics and the origin of the grapes.
WINE SHOP TASTING
At the sales point within the Castle of Ribano complex, you can taste and purchase wines from Cantine Spalletti Colonna di Paliano, as well as other exquisite products from the estate, such as organic olive oil obtained from the centuries-old olive trees of the castle. The tasting experience, guided by our sommeliers, will allow you to select wines with detailed information about the products.
