The Sangiovese grape carefully selected, has been fermented on the skins at the temperature of 25° C. with two pumpovers each day for about 7 days. Each step of the production has been made without adding sulphites .
4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Deep red color, shiny. Fruity. It is a fresh and easy-drinking wine.
